Co Create
CO.CREATE is a European co-operation project with the aim of creating and distributing a brand new curriculum on the topic of co-design. The term co-design describes an approach that actively involves stakeholders (e.g. employees, partners, customers, citizens, end users) in the design process, resulting in a range of benefits in relation to customer’s needs, profitability or brand loyalty. The curriculum, which combines cutting edge design theory with hands-on knowledge and examples taken from successful applications of the co-design process, will allow institutions across Europe to provide the application of the process to professional practice. It will be accessible free of charge and will include both study material and teacher coaching.
The CO.CREATE program is facilitated through European funding in the Erasmus+ framework. It is an initiative of six partners committed to supporting the creative industries across Europe: CREATIVE REGION (Austria), University of Art and Design (Austria), Innonet Lifestyle (Denmark, Partner until May 2017), Deusto University (Spain), Creative Industries Kosice (Slovakia), Academy of Fine Arts and Design Ljubljana (Slovenia) and the European Creative Business Network.
